Member Protection Policy (MPP) see here
The MPP aims to assist Table Tennis ACT to uphold its core values and create a safe, fair and inclusive environment - where everyone is treated with respect and dignity and protected from discrimination, harassment and abuse).
TTACT’s MPP incorporates:
1. Table Tennis Australia’s Member Protection Policy Note, Sport Integrity Australia’s National Integrity Framework applies to TTA’s MPP.
2. Standards of behaviour for club members including TTACT’s Codes of Conduct
3. Roles of Member Protection Information Officer/s and Disciplinary Committee; and
4. Incident Reporting and Complaint Handling Process (see below). Members may report an incident by emailig mpio@tabletennisact.org.au or using ELECTRONIC COMPLAINTS FORM. The email / form will be received by the TTACT Member Protection Contact Officer who will triage the complaint, and as needed, seek further information about the issue from you, provide information to you regarding policies and procedures and discuss next steps. TTACT's Member Protection Contact Officer position is currently vacant as of late-September 2024. Information provided will be kept confidential (on a need to know basis) and complaints will be responded to in a timely way, as soon as the MPIO position is filled.
