The 1 hour session each Sunday involves warm up, understanding table tennis and skills development.
Table Tennis Australia accredited coaches encourage children to have fun while learning to play table tennis. Each week coaches focus on a different skills eg forehand, backhand or serving to help young players learn and enjoy playing.
Coaches will grade juniors based on skill into the most appropriate Junior Coaching Session. In Term 3 the Club has 4 Junior Coaching Sessions - Mini-Fundamentals (Sunday), Fundamentals (Sunday), Intermediate (Saturday) and Advanced (Saturday). Children under 9 should register for mini-Fundamentals on Sunday.
